The HSSC, Single Cell Core, and UGC work together to provide sequencing in the most cost-effective manner. For large projects with many samples, projects may start in the HSSC and be sent to UGC for sequencing for lower cost per sample on high throughput sequencing machines. The work flow diagram and table below aims to provide users with the most common project types and the cores that are optimally setup to handle each project type. For some projects this may depend on quality of input or sample number. If you are still unsure which core is right for your project, please contact us.
